Zylus Group International a real estate and investment company has opened another property called the Western Hilltop with a ground launching.
The property is located at Ikola Road in Alagbado which is a few minutes drive from AIT News office.
During the launch, the Ed Corporate Services and Real Estate, Lateef Lawal, noted that the strategic position of Western Hilltop which is on a hilly topography is “a city set on the hill cannot be hidden”.
He also said that the property which holds a Global C of O with a Governors Consent in progress was purchased from the former president Chief Olusegun Obasanjo.
He also disclosed that among other facilities that will be located within the estate, will be a children’s daycare centre.
With this launch, Western Hilltop is now selling at a promo price of ₦5.7 Million for 500sqm with an option to pay ₦3 Million initial deposit and spread the remaining for 3 months. This promo, however, will last until October 14th, 2021.
Also, clients who purchase 6 plots of 500sqm of the property have the opportunity of getting an iPhone 12.
The Chairman of Zylus Group International, Dr Oluwatosin Olatujoye who was also at the event stated that the company has decided to open the Western Hilltop property in response to clients request of having a property on the mainland and also fulfilling the company’s vision of providing homes all.
The Chairman also noted that this is the 16th estate the company will be opening.
The occasion was also witnessed by musical artist and comedian, Woli Agba.
